As a Caregiver Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care and support to our seniors, enabling them to live their best lives.
Job Description:
In this rewarding position, you will be responsible for:
- Building meaningful relationships with our seniors, understanding their unique needs, preferences, and personalities.
- Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Participating in the development of individualized service plans (ISPs) to ensure each resident receives personalized care.
- Collaborating with our community team to maintain a safe and engaging environment.
- Responding to dining needs and maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent; may require certifications or licenses in certain states.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
