About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and services to seniors. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized assistance with daily living activities, attending to individual care needs, and building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional care and services to a consistent group of residents, including assistance with activities of daily living and life-enriching activities.
  • Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in the level of care and service.
  • Partner with community teams to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote Risk Management programs and policies.
Requirements:
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
