About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology Infusion Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at the Allina Health Cancer Institute. This is a full-time position that will provide services in the west region of the Twin Cities, working closely with Hematologist/Oncologists and other Advanced Practice Providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Order and interpret medical diagnostics, and prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
  • Conduct patient education and promote wellness care.
  • Refer patients for specialty care when necessary and consult with physicians as needed.
  • Act as a resource to the team and promote effective communication.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Oncology.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANCC) or Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA) within specialty.
  • BLS certification required within 180 days of hire.
