**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with cancer
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
* Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences

**Requirements:**

* Master's degree in Nursing or related field
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New York State
* Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Oncology
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner
