About the Job

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a skilled Housing Specialist II to join our team in Medford, Oregon. As a Housing Specialist II, you will play a crucial role in coordinating applicant referrals from internal and external partners, screening tenants for eligibility, and prioritizing housing placements. Your expertise will be essential in facilitating the completion of rental agreements and other required forms for new tenants, maintaining complete and accurate property files and records, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory agreements for each property.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • MUST have a High School Diploma OR GED equivalent
  • ONE (1) to TWO (2) years' experience working with property management or real estate office setting OR equivalent combination of relevant experience, training and/or higher education
What You'll Make

$24.00 per hour DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
