Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in members, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist with membership sales and retention, following up with prospects to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Sell in-store merchandise, such as Retro Smoothies and pro shop items.
  • Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Open and close the facility as scheduled, performing tasks on the Opening Checklist.
Requirements:
  • Deep passion for helping others and a positive attitude.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Punctuality, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • CPR/AED training preferred, prior experience in retail or hospitality helpful.
