We're seeking a highly skilled Medical Records Tech III to join our team at Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute. As a key member of our medical records department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and security of patient information.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and process incoming and outgoing patient information with minimal supervision.
- Ensure all uploaded documents are completed in EMR charts and maintain confidentiality of all staff and patient information.
- File, locate, retrieve, and deliver medical records as assigned, providing prompt and secure services to our patients and clinics.
- Support and adhere to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in Health Information Management, Health Administration, or related field preferred.
- Excellent customer service and high level of courtesy and professionalism required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably in a medical records department.
As a Medical Records Tech III at Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute, you will have the opportunity to serve oncology patients and ensure the safety of patients, employees, and staff.
