We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Records Tech III to join our team at Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute. This role will involve assisting with the organization and processing of patient information, ensuring the accuracy and security of medical records, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clinics.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and process incoming and outgoing patient information
- Ensure all uploaded documents are completed in EMR charts
- File, locate, retrieve, and deliver medical records as assigned
- Provide prompt and secure services to patients and clinics
- Support and adhere to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associates degree in Health Information Management, Health Administration, or related field preferred
- Excellent customer service and high level of courtesy and professionalism required
- Minimum of three years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably in a medical records department
