  • Work closely with other cooks, bartenders, barbacks, cashiers, and runners to ensure seamless service and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including equipment and work areas.
  • Deep clean the kitchen and kitchen equipment as directed.
  • Receive and stock food and non-food supplies.
  • Wash dishes, pots, and pans, and utensils.
  • Open or close the kitchen as needed.
Requirements
  • Current San Diego County Food Handlers' card.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar fast-casual restaurant.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, surrounded by equipment such as ovens, stoves, dishwashers, slicers, fryers, grills, pizza ovens, and chef's knives. The physical demands of this role include constant standing, reaching, lifting, and holding objects with hands, as well as occasional stooping, pushing, and pulling items weighing 50 pounds or less.
