We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Navigator to join our team at TeleSpecialists LLC. As a key member of our telehealth team, you will play a vital role in coordinating care between patients and physicians.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure. Experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and managing teleneurologists' schedules
  • Serving as an essential link between patients and the teleneurology team
  • Receiving and triaging calls from client hospitals
  • Promoting collaboration among internal and external healthcare team members
