Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to oversee the installation of protective structures for residential and industrial gas meter sets. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations across Utah and Southwest Wyoming.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Submit and manage 811 tickets for all installation locations, ensuring proper site marking.
  • Verify that all team members are adequately trained and equipped for their tasks.
  • Support the Project Manager in maintaining clear communication with clients regarding project progress.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and materials, ensuring availability for the crews.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Assist in monitoring production goals and ensuring they are met.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction is essential.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel, including potential overnight stays; daily travel may reach up to 150 miles.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Availability to work 12-hour shifts.

Compensation:

The pay rate is $26.00 per hour based on experience, along with a $30.00 daily per diem. For overnight stays, a $125 daily per diem will be provided for hotel expenses.


Work Schedule:

Expect to work 10 hours a day, 4 days a week, with opportunities for overtime.
