Job Title: Registered Nurse - Clinical Research Coordinator

Quadrant Inc is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Research Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating clinical research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen patients for protocol eligibility and review trials with patients to enroll them in studies
  • Review informed consent process with patients and handle all patient blood draws
  • Coordinate patient care, dispense investigational drugs, and provide education to patients regarding administration
  • Maintain investigational drug accountability and oversee patients for changes in condition, adverse events, compliance, and response to study drug
  • Document all findings and responsible for accurate and timely data collection, documentation, entry, and reporting
  • Schedule and participate in monitoring and auditing activities and maintain regulatory documents in accordance with USOR SOP and applicable regulations
  • Participate in required training and education programs and responsible for education of clinic staff regarding clinical research
  • Identify quality and performance improvement opportunities and collaborate with staff in the development of action plans to improve quality
