- Documentation and Compliance: Develop and maintain a comprehensive documentation system for resident care, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Financial Management: Participate in the management of financial operations, ensuring that our facility operates within budget and meets financial goals.
- Staff Management: Recruit, orient, train, evaluate, retain, and schedule sufficient numbers of competent staff to provide all services, ensuring compliance with staffing ratios and regulatory requirements.
- Education and Experience: Must have a strong background in healthcare administration, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior living or assisted living facility.
- Licensure and Certification: Must be licensed by the Nursing Home Administrator's Licensing Board as a Residential Care Administrator or have successfully completed a Department-approved training program for administrators.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong command of the English language, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
- Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits, as well as 401(k) savings and investment plan.
