Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Must have a strong background in healthcare administration, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior living or assisted living facility.
  • Licensure and Certification: Must be licensed by the Nursing Home Administrator's Licensing Board as a Residential Care Administrator or have successfully completed a Department-approved training program for administrators.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong command of the English language, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
