Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a wide range of events and activities, including panel talks, workshops, and brand partnerships, to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and sales tools that support the program and content strategy.
  • Manage the hotel's digital content across various platforms, including the website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback, ROI, and engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement and development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to enhance the program and content offering for each hotel.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
