Core Responsibilities:

Client Care:

  • Create a welcoming environment for clients as they navigate our modern offerings
  • Assist clients during check-in and retail check-out processes
  • Foster a friendly and compassionate atmosphere, ensuring each client enjoys an exceptional and memorable experience
  • Provide clients with product insights and suggestions for at-home routines
  • Communicate with clients via email or text to assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups

Team Support:

  • Offer constructive feedback to management regarding progress and challenges, along with suggestions for improvement
  • Collaborate with estheticians to enhance the client experience
  • Support management with daily studio operations and projects
  • Maintain retail inventory and operational supplies regularly
  • Uphold and enhance standards, policies, and procedures through effective communication
  • Assist with social media initiatives as needed
  • Participate in on-site and off-site events

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality (e.g., restaurant, retail, hotel, salon/spa) with a proven record of exceptional customer service
  • Passion for hospitality and engaging with clients
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, policies, and procedures
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Forward-thinking problem solver with a strong work ethic and empathy for clients and colleagues
