Job Title: IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team at Overseas Adventure Travel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of various IT projects, with a primary focus on infrastructure and security enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that include goals, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure smooth execution.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Infrastructure Management: Lead initiatives to design, implement, and upgrade IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and cloud environments.
  • Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems, networks, and data from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
  • Security Audits: Manage regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
  • Communication: Communicate project objectives, status updates, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT support, development, operations, and management to ensure alignment and support for project goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and key stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify efficiencies and improve execution across the Technology organization – strive to drive productivity through process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in operations management, project management, and team leadership supporting a technology organization.
  • Skills: Excellent people management, communication skills, and time management skills. Familiarity with SLA reporting, networking, infrastructure as code, and security projects. Familiarity with ISO-27001/2, PCI compliance, and ITIL. Proven track record of managing technology projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Skilled organizational and project management tools and methodologies. Prior experience managing infrastructure, network, and security projects is a plus.
