**About Us**

Community Home Health Services, a proud member of the Medical Services of America, Inc. family, is a leading provider of home health care services. We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Account Executive to join our team in Port St. Lucie and Martin Counties.

**Responsibilities**

  • Conduct market analysis and develop business development plans to drive growth and expansion.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to identify and implement market strategies that result in continued census growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on Medicare and State-specific home health care regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our services across the home health continuum.

**Requirements**

  • Three to five years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of physician, hospital, skilled nursing, and assisted living needs.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and consistently meet established quotas.
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record and company required auto liability insurance.
