Job Title: Business Relationship Banker

At First Volunteer, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Relationship Banker to join our team. As a Business Relationship Banker, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with small business owners, providing them with financial solutions and advisory services to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of small business clients, providing them with financial solutions and advisory services to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Work closely with retail bank leaders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and implement strategies to grow our business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, understanding their financial needs and providing them with tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and be able to communicate their value to business owners.
  • Work closely with our Commercial Relationship Managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and implement strategies to grow our business.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the business community, and be able to leverage these relationships to grow our business.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial banking or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with business owners.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, and ability to communicate their value to business owners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business owners, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
