Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Behavioral Specialist, you will be responsible for providing behavioral support to students in a school district setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral support to students in a school district setting
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement behavioral plans
- Conduct assessments and develop behavioral interventions
- Provide training and support to teachers and other staff members
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavioral Specialist
- BCBA certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
