Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Techniplas. As an Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment. This will include installing new equipment, performing regular services and maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns. You will oversee the installation and maintenance of all industrial equipment, ensuring that it functions correctly and receives regular maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Installation: Install new production equipment, including motors, conveyor systems, and transmission systems.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Service and maintain equipment, including routine maintenance and safety checks, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and adjust mechanical parts using hand and machine tools.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and assess the functionality of production machines to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the production team and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar field experience.
  • Experience: Previous work experience as an industrial maintenance technician.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance, knowledge of parametric and industrial control systems, and familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent troubleshooting skills, basic computer and report writing skills, good communication skills, and ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
