Job Summary: The National Business Development Manager is responsible for leading the focus and strategy with key End-Users and developing sales with national, regional, and local End-Users for soft and hard surface EF and Dwelling brands. This role requires creating and applying an effective sales strategy, working with Specialists, District Managers, and Regional Managers for their geography. Success in this role will be measured by defined targets for property management owners, management companies, home builders, and overall sales growth in the EF and Dwellings brand categories.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with Specialists and Specifiers to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
* Focus on defined corporate targets, identifying local, regional, and national business opportunities.
* Partner with key Territory Managers, District Managers, and Regional Managers in the specified geography.
* Execute sales agreements and contracts, working closely with Corporate Sales Support and Regional Manager to provide consistent communication, business growth strategy, and follow-up to gain specifications.

Requirements:

* Five or more years of experience in Builder or Multi-Family sales role.
* Knowledge of Builder or Multi-Family Industry.
* Experience with DSS Web Reports, G-Link, Word, and PowerPoint.
* College degree preferred.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Must have effective, professional sales presentation skills for diverse groups.

Travel Requirements:

* Must be able to travel overnight in the sales field and to the corporate office extensively (air, auto, and rail) on a regular basis.
* Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, sit at a work station, and drive an automobile for extended periods of time.
* Must have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
