- Develop the store team based on individual strengths, engaging, coaching, and providing feedback.
- Assess the store from the customer's perspective, using insight to influence improvement with market leaders and regional managers.
- Communicate key issues and messages to the store team respectfully and with urgency.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for safety, customer experience, and store operations.
- Demonstrate passion for customer service and knowledge of our brand/products.
- Experience in leading, managing, and developing employees at all levels.
- Effective payroll and scheduling management.
- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize workload.
- Manage time efficiently and effectively, delegating tasks and working through others well.
- Communicate clearly and comfortably across all levels of the business.

- Work a flexible schedule, including night and weekend shifts, to meet business needs.
- One to two years of supervisory experience; two plus years retail experience preferred.
