Job Overview

Crucial Link Group is seeking a Quality Inspector - AS9100 to join our team. This role involves ensuring that manufactured products meet customer specifications and adhere to established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of production.
  • Perform first piece inspections, in-process checks, and final inspections.
  • Release products to the warehouse after inspection.
  • Utilize a range of measuring and inspection tools effectively.
  • Assist in internal audits as directed by the Quality Coordinator.
  • Understand and apply basic quality control principles and process inspection charts.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality System Policies and Procedures across the organization.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of one year as a production operator with knowledge of Quality System standards.

Certifications: AS 9100 certification is required.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and customer specifications.
  • Skilled in using various measuring and inspection equipment.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to plan and execute activities related to the Quality System.
  • Familiarity with computer programs utilized in a Quality System environment.
