Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of manufactured items to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Perform first piece inspections, as well as floor or bench inspections and final product evaluations.
  • Authorize the release of products to the warehouse upon successful inspection.
  • Utilize various measuring and inspection tools effectively.
  • Carry out internal audits as directed by the Quality Coordinator.
  • Understand and apply the fundamental principles of quality control and process inspection charts.
  • Ensure that Quality System Policies and Procedures are comprehended, implemented, and upheld throughout the organization.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: A minimum of one year of experience as a production operator, with familiarity in Quality System standards across various industries.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and customer specifications.
  • Skilled in using various measuring and inspection equipment.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to foster a positive work environment.
  • Adept at planning and executing activities related to the Quality System.
  • Competent in operating computer programs relevant to a Quality System setting.
