Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General / Comprehensive Otolaryngologist to join our team at the Commonwealth of Virginia. As a key member of our Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, teaching, and research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Duties: Provide high-quality patient care, diagnose and treat various ear, nose, and throat conditions, and develop a strong clinical practice.
  • Teaching and Education: Participate in the training and education of residents, medical students, and other students, and provide continuing medical education (CME) lectures.
  • Service and Administration: Serve on departmental and university committees, participate in multi-disciplinary clinical endeavors, and contribute to the growth and development of the department.
Requirements
  • Board certification/eligibility in otolaryngology
  • Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Virginia upon hire
  • Demonstrate a commitment to fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong interest in clinical care, teaching, and research
