Leave Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Leave Specialist to join our Human Resources team at a large healthcare company. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing Leave of Absence requests in a timely and legally compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Leave of Absence requests correctly and efficiently
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Document all cases in the case management application
- Escalate client service issues to Lead, Supervisor, or Manager as necessary
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant work experience
- Ability to work in an office environment and commute to Dublin, OH
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Competitive hourly rate
