Market Intelligence Specialist

As a Market Intelligence Specialist at Cardinal Health, you will be responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions, and competition to inform business strategy. Your role will involve developing, commercializing, and monitoring appropriate products and services to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends to develop strategies for the marketing teams.
- Insights Generation: Independently research on market intel platforms, analyze complex data across multiple systems, and conduct surveys to triangulate meaningful insights for the Edgepark business.
- Technical Solutions: Develop technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the digital and channel marketing team to test, measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of content across channels to boost customer engagement and conversions and lower the cost of customer acquisition.
- Education and Experience: BA, BS or equivalent experience in a related field preferred. 4-8 years experience in marketing, finance, strategy, customer experience, business development, or data & analytics preferred.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis, primary and secondary research, and market intelligence work. Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Technical skillsets and experience with the following is preferred: Qualtrics or related surveying platforms, SQL, AlphaSense or related market intel platforms, Alteryx.
- Communication and Leadership: Strong communication skills. A strong sense of curiosity and initiative to find data-driven answers to the hypotheses posed by commercial teams. May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.
