Partnerships Development Manager

Cultivate new partnerships to drive volunteer engagement and program support.
Manage existing partner relationships and develop marketing strategies to ensure geographic balance.
Recruit partnerships for mentoring programs and drive potential volunteers to training sessions.
Work with the Sr. Director of Partnerships to create a local Leadership Council.
Qualifications:
- Four-year degree or related experience
- Experience in volunteer management and customer service
- Excellent public speaking and staff coordination skills
- Ability to work with various teams and design electronic communication
