Camping World Sales Manager Job Description

Camping World is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our RV sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building a high-performance sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor sales team members to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage sales team performance, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and inventory management
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, including market trends and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including retail, service, and finance, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales management experience in the RV industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales goals
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales team members
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales management, merchandising, inventory, and customer behavior
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
