KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Interpret technical drawings and comprehend specifications provided by various clients.
  • Convert complex specifications into clear, actionable guidelines for floor-level operators and inspectors.
  • Assess process conditions to identify potential quality and safety risks.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Proactively address potential quality and safety concerns.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be prepared to work overtime and weekends as required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in Manufacturing Quality or 4 years in Manufacturing Operations.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio) and capable of reading blueprints.
  • Attributes: Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, wear personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the day, and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.
