Job Summary

We are looking for a talented BMS Systems Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced building automation systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in building controls and automation, with a strong background in HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop BMS systems tailored to the unique needs of commercial buildings.
  • Integrate and configure HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems to maximize building performance.
  • Perform system diagnostics, troubleshoot complex issues, and conduct repairs to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Conduct site surveys to evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Provide technical support and training to building staff and clients on system operation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in BMS design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting controls, and energy management systems.
  • Proficiency in BMS software and programming (e.g., Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
