Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and commissioning of systems with minimal oversight.
  • Perform point-to-point checkouts and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues within HVAC systems.
  • Complete necessary project documentation to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls.
  • Willingness to work locally at client sites approximately 80% of the time.
  • Familiarity with one or more BAS/BMS systems such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Delta Controls, Distech, or similar.

Preferred:
  • Experience with Tridium Niagara.
  • Knowledge of Johnson Controls Metasys.
