Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator at Strong Tower Associates in State College, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the advisor
  • Provide superior customer service to existing clients and prospects
  • Perform industry-specific tasks such as application submission, account servicing, CRM management, and appointment preparation
  • Develop positive client relationships and provide compliance support
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree minimum
  • Minimum 2+ years working in an office/client service environment, preferably in financial services
  • Strong technology skills, highly proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Willing to obtain Securities Industry license and/or PA health & life insurance license
