Job Title: Digital Product Designer

Storage Rentals of America is seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Designer to join our team. As a Digital Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new features and products for our growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for web applications, from concept to final implementation, ensuring consistency and a seamless user experience across all platforms.
  • Utilize visual design, design thinking, user research, product design, and UX research to create user-friendly, innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet business objectives, technical constraints, and user needs.
  • Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, ready for implementation on time.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a unified design system that ensures consistency across multiple devices.
  • Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve the user experience of our applications.
  • Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate and validate the functionality and interaction design for our products.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience designing for highly trafficked content-driven websites and/or native apps with a focus on conversion or large-scale experiences across multiple devices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • A high level of competency and speed working in Figma.
  • Strong skills in user research and UX research, with a user-centered design approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with developers, engineering managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across different initiatives.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, flexibility to adapt to evolving design requirements and project timelines.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing product design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
