Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Digital Department to understand the organization's design needs.
  • Develop design solutions that meet the objectives of the organization.
  • Design a wide range of digital projects, including websites, infographics, digital advertisements, email graphics, social media graphics, logos, and more.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to the organization's brand standards and guidelines.
  • Complete other design tasks as assigned.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a graphics design role.
  • A background in politics, fundraising, or advocacy is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your design work, especially in printed format.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, motion graphics, visual design skills, and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent detail-oriented skills with strong proofreading abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills to set priorities and manage time.
  • Ability to take constructive criticism and adapt to changing directions.
  • Experience reviewing and optimizing based on digital metrics is a plus.
