- Seat Guests with Ease: Efficiently manage table availability, seating guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide Exceptional Service: Guide guests to their tables, introduce them to their server, and ensure their needs are met throughout their visit.
- Manage the Waitlist: Effectively manage the waitlist to ensure a smooth flow of guests, minimizing wait times and maximizing guest satisfaction.
- Assist with Bussing and Cleaning: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
- Communicate Effectively: Foster clear communication with other hosts, servers, and managers to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
