About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at Taco Boy. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Guests with a Smile: Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.
  • Seat Guests Efficiently: Seat servers' sections in a balanced manner, following rotation whenever possible, to ensure a smooth flow of guests.
  • Provide Excellent Service: Guide guests to their tables, introduce them to their designated server, and stay informed about table availability for effective seating arrangements.
  • Manage the Waitlist: Efficiently manage the waitlist to ensure a smooth flow of guests, minimizing wait times and maximizing guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with Bussing and Cleaning: Assist in light bussing and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Communicate Effectively: Foster clear communication with other hosts, servers, and managers to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Answer Phone Calls and Handle Carryout Orders: Answer phone calls, handle carryout orders, and provide excellent service over the phone, ensuring our guests receive the same level of service as those dining in.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Time Management and Organization: Demonstrate time management and organizational skills for smooth operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Customer Service Expertise: Possess customer service expertise with a genuine passion for creating positive experiences, ensuring our guests feel valued and appreciated.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Remain calm, friendly, and enthusiastic even during busy moments, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Reliable Transportation: Have reliable means of transportation to ensure timely attendance and flexibility in scheduling.
