KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and consumers.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and State Consumer Protection Laws.
  • Engage with consumers to assess their willingness to pay and identify suitable repayment options.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records; update account statuses and consumer information in the FACS system, and complete necessary forms.
  • Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and objectives.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive team atmosphere.
  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and plan time off in advance.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; capable of professional interactions with peers.
  • Ability to manage various personalities and situations while maintaining composure.
  • Self-driven individual with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in computer usage, communication, and mathematical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with good analytical abilities.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in customer service or medical collections.
