KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and consumers.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and State Consumer Protection Laws.
- Engage with consumers to assess their willingness to pay and identify suitable repayment options.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records; update account statuses and consumer information in the FACS system, and complete necessary forms.
- Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and objectives.
- Contribute to fostering a positive team atmosphere.
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and plan time off in advance.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; capable of professional interactions with peers.
- Ability to manage various personalities and situations while maintaining composure.
- Self-driven individual with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficient in computer usage, communication, and mathematical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with good analytical abilities.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in customer service or medical collections.
