ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Room Care Specialist at our establishment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of guest accommodations, communal areas, and event venues. Your contributions will be essential in upholding the high standards of service that our patrons expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in shared spaces, including restrooms, corridors, and event areas.
  • Efficiently complete assigned cleaning tasks, following established protocols and safety measures.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, delivering exceptional service.
  • Keep a tidy and organized workspace, including cleaning carts and supply areas.
  • Report any unusual activities, safety concerns, or guest issues to the supervising staff.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of connecting with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 40 lbs for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional training in hospitality is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, with a positive and dependable attitude.
  • Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently.
