Compensation & Benefits:This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.5, with biweekly pay periods. Additionally, a comprehensive benefits package is available, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k retirement plan, and paid time off. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards
- Change linens, make beds, replenish amenities, and restock supplies in guest accommodations
- Regularly vacuum, dust, and mop guest rooms and shared spaces
- Ensure that all hotel furnishings, fixtures, and equipment are in good condition
- Report any maintenance concerns to the appropriate department
- Respond to guest inquiries or issues promptly and courteously
- Organize and restock the housekeeping cart at the conclusion of each shift
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines diligently
- Participate in mandatory training sessions and staff meetings
- Promote a positive work environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel setting is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding guest service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to instructions
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Capacity to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays
- Reliable means of transportation for commuting to work
