Culinary Operations Manager

Bethel Park, a senior living community committed to excellence, is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(K) with employer matching, paid time off, and meals and uniforms.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising the dietary and kitchen team, supporting the Executive Chef in maintaining high-quality food production
- Controlling food costs, managing inventory, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Maintaining accurate records of food safety equipment and temperature records
- Coordinating meal service, receiving, rotating, and inventorying products
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Two (2) years' experience as a Sous Chef
- Supervisory experience preferred
- A current Food Services Sanitation certificate
- An Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
