Senior Account Executive

Dynavax Technologies is seeking a highly skilled IDN Key Account Executive II to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for establishing and growing HEPLISAV-B sales in assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and expand Adult Hepatitis B Vaccination adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at IDNs, Independent customers, and Group Practices.
- Partner with the Director, Vaccine Sales to execute sales and marketing strategies to support HEPLISAV-B expansion.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with the Director, Vaccine Sales to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Exercise sound judgment and oversight to ensure integrity and compliance with company policies in all activities and communications.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of life sciences sales experience, with IDN/Hospital experience preferred.
- 2 years of vaccine or buy & bill experience required.
- Strong proven strategic vision, business acumen, and influencing skills to drive strategic and operational initiatives.
- Documented track record of consistent sales and growth success, along with superb account management skills.
- Competitive salary range: $117,000 to $155,000.
