Job Title: Account Executive

At Verint Systems, we're committed to delivering exceptional Customer Experience (CX) solutions that drive business growth and workforce productivity. We're seeking a seasoned Account Executive to join our team and drive sales growth in assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned accounts, with a focus on expanding existing relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives at assigned accounts, understanding their business needs and direction.
  • Conduct needs analysis, present and close solutions sales to targeted accounts, and develop and own the overall sales pipeline.
  • Effectively communicate with accounts at all levels, including face-to-face calls, conference calls, Webex, and email communications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Five (5) years of sales experience, with a proven track record of quota attainment and success in selling high-value, complex enterprise software and/or technical sales experience.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to penetrate and establish relationships with senior-level executives.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25-75%.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of value-added ROI business process sales engagements/tools, especially with Public Sector clients.
  • Experience with Voice of the Customer solutions.
  • Working knowledge of knowledge management, online communities, or conversational AI software.
