Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative at Tarheel Linen Service, Inc., you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You will also be involved in processing accounts receivable, performing basic accounting tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.


Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
