Position Summary:
The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing daily activities within our dispensary. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the cannabis industry and committed to fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and motivate team members to achieve daily operational goals.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining effective communication with both staff and customers.
3. Manage inventory and uphold best practices in stock management.
4. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
5. Open and close the dispensary as required, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in retail management.
- 3-5 years of customer service experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of cannabis products and their medicinal effects is highly desirable. Experience in the medical cannabis sector or health and wellness industries is a plus.
Work Environment:
This role requires working in a dynamic retail setting with moderate to high noise levels.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive pay rate ranging from $25.00 to $29.00 per hour based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance, employee discounts, and a 401k plan with matching contributions.
