Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project operations, including budget management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, promoting a positive image of the company.
  • Analyze project performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field; minimum 10 years of experience in electrical construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software, including Accubid and Microsoft Office.
Salary Range

$130,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience.
