Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year (estimated)

Job Description:
This permanent position involves overseeing the preconstruction phase of heavy civil projects, including site work, underground utility, and roadway construction. You will lead the underground utility, site work, and roadway construction planning processes, conducting site visits and meetings to assess project progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on preconstruction and project management. Proven experience in heavy civil construction projects, including site work, underground utility, and roadway construction. Knowledge of WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant) operations and management a plus.
