Job Description:
VIZCOM CONTRACTING LLC is seeking a skilled Project Analysis Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and scope.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project plans, specifications, and scopes of work to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Prepare detailed cost estimates using construction estimating software and techniques.
Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather necessary data for accurate estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to review estimates and project requirements.
Track and adjust estimates as projects progress to stay within budget.

Requirements:
Proficient in construction cost estimating techniques and software.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate estimates under tight deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients.

Benefits:
Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience.
