Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Academic Enrollment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing student enrollment, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with local schools and educational institutions to promote our programs and services.
  • Provide enrollment counseling to students and families, ensuring they understand our programs and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance, grades, and test scores.
  • Process new student enrollments, transfers, withdrawals, and waiting lists, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and filed correctly.
  • Prepare and submit state-mandated reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with EMIS standards.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and administrators to resolve any issues or concerns related to student enrollment.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Principal or Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least two years' experience in K-12 education, preferably in student information systems and EMIS reporting databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Satisfactory completion of local, state, and federal background checks and TB test.
  • Ability to meet established deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
