Customer Service Expert

Siege Consulting Group is actively seeking highly motivated and driven individuals to fill our Customer Service and Sales Representative roles. As a key member of our retail department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales leads, and contributing to team goals.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing customer accounts and processing orders
- Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Generating sales leads and promoting products and services
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Meeting sales targets and handling quotas
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Proven customer support experience and track record of over-achieving quota
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
